Chapter 3: Fundraising

Many new coaches are unaware that one of the primary roles of a collegiate head tennis coach is fundraising. This can be a daunting task for new coaches with no clear understanding of how to get started in this world. Athletic departments have different approaches to fundraising and what the role of the coach should be in such activities. Make sure to check with your sports supervisor before you begin your fundraising journey.
